I have a couple of things cooking in the art bakery.
I’m finishing up a promised painting for a friend of mine. This one is more of a portrait than the last one I did for him. It’s nearly done and then I’ll mail it off to him and see what he thinks.
After that, or in the meantime, I’m cooking up some designs for Chemo Totes. These are gifts for cancer patients that will be filled with little goodies that help survivors get through treatment — things like gentle lotions, inspirational items, and so on. I’m accepting donations for things to fill them with. The price of the Totes will be as low as possible, plus shipping and handling.
I also want to get a few ATCs done. Artist Trading Cards are very popular now and it’s an easy way to get a small collection of artwork from your favorite artist. They also make cute gifts and can be mailed inside a standard greeting card.
I’ve been having some leg pain but it does seem to be easing off for now. A little less discomfort and in no time, I’ll have a few nice pieces posted here for your viewing pleasure.
